Hi
Bunnies!
Hope you're enjoying your holidays and do have all the fun that you can have before school term starts again! Because trust me, it's gonna be
hell
looooooooottttttts of things to do (Especially for Year Two students like me)
Anyway, I've bought a new liquid foundation lately and I would like to just share with you my first ever vlog/review for makeup products!
Haha just some disclaimers in advance!
1. Don't bother trying to figure out what I'm saying. I think I'm a little too soft /:
2. And I said Pretty Bare Face which means it's pretty much bare so don't get me wrong!
3. I also mentioned that this product is used by korean female celebrities for the clean and flawless look (makeup free). If you're attending a camp/overnight stay, this will be so helpful without you having to dab on your bb cream then your powder/loose foundation.
Apply it on the C Zone on either side of your face, the V Zone (Chin area) and the T Zone (Brow Area to Nose)
L'Oreal Lumi Magique Foundation
L'Oreal Lumi Magique Foundation
(Bought this at $30.90 from Watsons, Far East Branch)
You can purchase it at any Guardians or Watsons outlet that hold L'oreal Products!
The first liquid light foundation that offers a perfectly natural complexion, infused by light for a healthy-looking glow like never before! With SPF 18 and 12HR magic hold, Lumi Magique is suitable for all skin types.

Different shades that you can choose from for your skin tone!
The one I'm using is Rose Porcelain.
By the way, this mini vlog is a prelude to the actual makeup tutorial that I've already done and I will probably spend some time to edit it properly before showing it to all you bunnies alright! (At least you get to see my makeup free face. I think nobody has ever seen it forrrrrrrrr forever hehe. Don't judge!! :(
Alright, basically I find the product really, really, splendidly amazing. Because it covers up my flaws and blemishes and I don't even have to bother putting on my usual bb creams and powder foundation. Just this and I'm good to go (So good for lazy makeup free days! Yippee yay)
* However, I've read online reviews that it doesn't work well in covering up your pimples/acnes though it gives you the dewy and natural look.
SKIN SOLUTIONS
*Yes, it was that bad and I darkened each photo for you to see the gravity of my skin issues that time. LOL THE AMOUNT OF SACRIFICE I HAVE FOR DRESSINGJANES!!!
It was a period of time when it was so bad and if I could hide at home, I really would.
Recently, I've received many kind compliments that my skin has improved tremendously and people actually would like to know the products I use and what tips I have.
Yes, whatever I'm about to type may seem like "OH, THAT ONE I KNOW AH." to you. All I can say is, you either have to make the effort to change or you let your bad skin change you, and I'm pretty sure it won't be positive /:
Gender
Neutral Tips (So if you're a guy, you can ignore the ones discussing makeup)
1. You may purchase this face wash named Cetaphil from Watsons or Guardians. It is cheaper if you purchase it from a hospital's pharmacy though. (I bought them on my regular dermatologist visits to NUH)
* Cetaphil® is the #1 recommended brand of cleansers & moisturizers, specially formulated for dry sensitive skin.
Adopted from Cetaphil Official Site http://www.cetaphil.com/
2. Consult a Doctor (Trust me, I've tried countless of face washes and acnes cream and they don't work /: Don't bother wasting your Time & $. You'll know what I mean if you've been through the same agonizing experience praying that your skin will heal.)
3. Fruits and Vegetables and WATER (Duh) Ditch your alcohol and cigarettes if you are determined to have clearer skin
4. DON'T APPLY MAKEUP ON AFFECTED AREAS. (Realize I mention don't apply on affected areas instead of NOT AT ALL because I have the habit of applying makeup too. Just don't apply them on your acnes/pimples spot because you'll only worsen the situation)
5. Have sufficient sleep (Yes, so please say goodnight to your boyfriend/girlfriend at 11pm from now onwards)
6. AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE. Yes, I know it's YOUR FACE and you have every right to be narcissistic and dote on it with your fingers but please, D O N T if you want good skin. If you really have to, ensure that you have already washed your hands and use hand towels or tissues.
7. Always remove your makeup at the end of the day (No matter how lazy you are). Because the longer it stays on, the more time it has to slowly clog up your pores.
Those are just my two cents worth of advice and I do mean them sincerely for people who have had to suffer from low self-esteem because of the tiny and disgusting bumps on your faces. I'm in no disposition to say that I have perfect skin now, I really don't. But my smooth recovery has shown that it's possible to gain back better skin as long as you are conscious enough to put in the effort.
My skin has healed but either side of my cheeks still look pinkish red with light blemishes on.
Oh well, curing acnes is a lifelong process! Just don't give up hope! :) *fighting*
Alright, that's all for my Beauty Post! Really hope it helps and I'll be updating this page again next week! ♡
